SkiRouter ("SkiRouter", "we") is an independent ski-trip planning guide, operated by Século Estável Unipessoal Lda. By using skirouter.com or lisboa.skirouter.com (the "Service"), you accept these Terms.

We are a guide, not a travel agency. We don't sell trips, we don't hold your money and we don't make bookings. Every booking is made directly with the supplier, on their site and under their terms.

1. What the Service does

SkiRouter helps you build a ski trip — hotel, flights, transport, lift pass and gear rental — in a clear budget, and directs you to the suppliers to book each item. We are a content and comparison service.

2. Prices are estimates

All prices shown are estimates, to help you plan, and are marked as such. They are not offers and are not guaranteed. Availability and the final price are always set by the supplier at the time of booking — always confirm on the supplier's site before paying.

3. Bookings with third parties

When you follow a link to book, the contract for that hotel, flight, transfer, lift pass or rental is solely between you and that supplier, governed by their terms and privacy policy. We are not a party to that contract and are not responsible for the supplier's products, services, availability, prices, cancellations or performance.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to copy, resell, scrape or misuse the content, nor to interfere with its operation.

5. Intellectual property

The SkiRouter name, design, texts and compilations belong to Século Estável. Resort, supplier and partner names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

6. No warranties and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the Service or from any booking made with a supplier, including inaccurate estimates or third-party content.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms and the Service at any time. The current version is always at this address; continued use after a change means you accept it.

8. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Questions: use the contact page.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links to suppliers are affiliate or partner links. This is at no extra cost to the customer, does not change the price you pay, and does not influence the order or selection of results, which depend only on the trip described.

No payment

SkiRouter does not process payments or collect card data. Booking is always done on each supplier's site.
